Modernizing My Website, Going Dark

Well, I have common aspects to the websites that I make for my clients, like menus that toggle on small screens, dark mode, and current standards WCAG accessibility. But I have been too busy working on client websites, or with other aspects of life to apply those changes to this website.

Well, I have finally gotten around to it, or most of it. I have added in dark mode based on a user’s device preference. I have made the blog pages more mobile friendly. I have fine tuned the font sizes to shrink a bit more on mobile phones. I have added a few service pages that I have been thinking about; those pages need some more work, but something is better than nothing to get the ball rolling. I do think many of the pages need the wording revised too, but updating the theme is a big step.

I think the thing I am still stuck on, or needing to wait for another night as it is getting far to late, is to figure out what do do with my portfolio post type. At some point the plug-in that hooks into that stopped actually inserting new images on new posts.
